Our services include 24 hour or night time infant care, lactation counseling and support, labour and postpartum doulas along with parenting classes and sleep training.
Carlette Richards (Wendy) has been a baby nurse/post pardum Doula, Labour Doula, Lactation Councilor, Sleep trainer for over 15 yrs. She has a wealth of experience in this field and as a 2 time mommy she has hands on knowledge in helping to instill in new parents the confidence needed to transition from pregnancy to birth and during the challenging postpartum period.
Carlette is a DONA trained labour and birth doula and received her Lactation Councilor certification from The Healthy Children Organization.
